SAGUARO is an online store featuring links to purchase items through Amazon, not directly through this site. Therefore, any returns or exchanges must go through Amazon. Are all the products & items sold on SAGUARO vegan & cruelty free?

When you purchase a Paul Mitchell product, rest assured, they are all vegan & cruelty free. As stated on the Paul Mitchell Pro website: "We were the first professional haircare company to take a stand against animal testing 40 years ago, and continue our strong commitment to giving back, supporting a wide range of philanthropic causes, both domestically and internationally." -JPM Pro Website 4/20/20 Of the other products offered, although Amazon has a "cruelty-free" filter on their website, please remember that sometimes it's not entirely accurate. What if a product I want is listed on SAGUARO, but when I click through to Amazon, it's unavailable?

In my experience, ordering through Amazon during the pandemic has been just like normal, except the delivery times may be slightly longer. The hair products I've ordered, came to me no problem. Most times, surprisingly, they have been coming in 2-5 days with Amazon Prime. Geat work Amazon! Please keep in mind, due to Covid19, the selection of items listed on Amazon at times may not be as plentiful. They are doing what they can to keep up with our increased online shopping. Haircuts & Color: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you feel your extensions, color or cut needs adjusting, contact me right away. Contact me within 7 days to schedule a redo. This re-do will be at no charge if it is within the 7 day period. If you are asking for major changes additional fees may apply. Hair Extensions: Once hair extensions are ordered, there are no refunds. There are no refunds on extension services or extensions haircolor. If you have a question please email me at any time.
